Towards Excellence is an internal innovation and motivational program at LMW, a large Australian property valuation company.
To encourage employees to take their work and the Towards Excellence initiative seriously, senior management commissioned a distinct logo and brand mark for the program. It had to extend the existing mountain theme from the company’s existing corporate identity, which had captured the hearts and minds of people for millennia.
- Designed logo, weekly newsletter, stationery and website.
- Worked with senior management to ensure that the design aligned with and amplified their vision for the future of the company.
- Published a brand guidelines website to empower employees to take ownership of the Towards Excellence program themselves.
